Rock Climbing Instructor Training

April 2021 - The start of my journey in the outdoors. I had spent the last year practising my skills outdoor and indoor climbing. I now felt ready for RCI Training. The training included climbing up to ‘Severe’ outdoors, with experience of Trad, Sport and indoor climbing. During the training, I also learnt how to set up group abseils. The training was at Ingleton Climbing Wall, Twistleton Crag near Ingleton and Cow and Calf Crags near Ilkley.
